A picture-perfect launch as it appears in the book. It was all there. Action, suspense, surprises and spring fever. But once I start from scratch.
15-16/09/09 Frankfurt
started our journey from here. Housed in the best area of town, right at the station. Well who knows London knows what that means. Night clubs, street swallows, Urban Design without private Residence - in short Penner -, police and ambulances in continuous use. No, do not worry Mum, it was still safe! Except when I was 2x tries to drag me in but purely Club. Tourists are most popular as victims! Whatever, the Hostel '5elements "was with his (un) fortunate position of a ray of hope there and surprised us postive. Who has time kip in Frankfurt, who can stay as calm! A little sightseeing was still in there before the next day with Lufthansa to San Francisco went.
09.16.2009 The flight
with the usual thoughts (crash, death, WTF, I paid rent for free) which shall have any passengers, we boarded the plane. Our seats were in the penultimate Series, which should not be to our detriment! Again typically, who happened not to me ... of whom just under 400 seats, had calculated my be broken. We felt the entire flight around well and we lacked for nothing. After more than 10 hours flight we arrived safely SF and it was time to leave. ... For now!
We reached our hotel Renoir on Market Street for the first problem and explored the city.

09/17/2009 An exciting day
alone on this day I write pages and pages, therefore, of gibs only a summary in chronological order.
- Best Breakfast ever in a diner - the pancakes were better than sex (Almost: p)
- Cable car slide are the örtelich Fish Market (Fisherman's Wharf is called the quarter)
a slightly fishy smell in the air and who knows me knows what the heist * choke *
- rented bike, down to the coast to the comic bridge that we know from the TV ..... Whoa cycling for sure 10
it was not the condition in this hilly area of the cave, it hies long time push a bike. In perfect weather (Sept. is the hottest month) so we had best look at the Golden Bridge, which was still hidden in the early morning mist and on Alcatraz!
On the return trip are wähJahren me the brakes have gone broke was again a highlight, I can tell you unlearn manrend doing a fast descent but I somehow survived habs:)
- 13h we had lunch with once again in search of food - Clam Chowder - was everywhere angepriessen. As we try to drum chamber is not around it. A crab soup, potato soup flavor in a whole seviert Bread - conclusion: you can eat, you have not!
-Alcatraz was on the program, but nothing was spontaneous, until the next day ... hmm in a nearby hill was there with a large tower on top (like the ka was called now) but I thought I once read up:) Not that I was already broken from the bike ride today, no, I wanted to know ... need to be fit was the motto. So are We on this tower high gekrakzelt woman looking up on the best the city had. The way compensated for all of the effort!

18/09/2009 A meeting schiksalhafte
Today it go further, but first had breakfast on the plan. The choice of venues could not be greater. So you have the choice of torment we opted for a picnic breakfast in the Middle Union Square. How big is the chance well be here to meet someone you just knew 10h times out of a plane. After all, this is a metropolis and a village. And again assert two propositions. 1. The world is a village and 2 see you 2x more in life. to have safety certification from the morning sun, sitting there, not our charming flight attendants "Silvia". But "Sylvia" Silke was said in reality, what about Man Heard fits much better. Now we sat there now 3 at Union Square and got to know us a little. We could put all of our questions that we had come up on the flight, what you always wanted to know was where some of the best seats in the aircraft are, what age limit is there for flight attendants on how to regulate the private life and so on. It was very informative and exciting. This is definitely one of the encounters in life that you do not forget so quickly.

This day we left out because he was not for us Saturday. This happens when you schonmal on the date line flies.
Furthermore it would have been a miracle if everything went smoothly during the flight here. Headphones defective and that with a 13h flight, but even here it should not be to my disadvantage. I was obviously new, but not these ordinary things with cheap plastic-coated fabric, but with the leather. It seemed at times before so that my ears were massaged with it: P Since we flew at night, but I tried to sleep most of the time. If not for the chimp would have been coughing hinteruns. Whoa did to us was on the bag every 5 minutes a sniff, like a swine flu .... Nielpferd inc .. well not us! It is slowly becoming paranoid ... then shock at passport control ... 20-21/09/2009 arrival in Kiwiland
morning at 6 was the whole day ahead of us. Not that we were already over 24 hours on my feet ... well since we had carried. At last we arrived at our reception committee Katrina. What was not soo easy when you're different from the shuttle bus can not, and thus was connected it with a längerm walk through the city before we met. That is so hilly here in SF, is back and the sore muscles! Fix wirs have moved into the hostel and made a decent first Kiwi breakfast to us. To Explanation: KIWI - providing the first New Zealanders meant, then the bird and the fact Kiwi (with us as a fruit known), called here Kiwifruit. Has yet to hold some office programs, bank etc, and a detailed exploration of Auckland. Katrina is a super guide, we could work directly on a farm and learn to ride ... guggn times where it drags it now.

we here driving around with the quad? :) Anyway, there is always something to do and it is never boring and in a breathtaking backdrop. more are planned a trip to the jungle, where it passes through a Creek (river), up to the waterfalls, through densely covered by people untouched nature. The weather was very changeable here, rain, sunshine, drizzle and sometimes all at once. Furthermore, it is still wild boar and goat hunting! These animals are considered here as a nuisance and have no natural enemies, they are hunted freely.
