Review:
"Blue blood" is the second part of the Vampire Academy series and as the title suggests, the grandeur of this time are the focus of attention.
An attack of bloodthirsty Strigoi Vampire puts the royal family in fear and terror, and the guards are committed to offer their protégés to safety.

Rose is in the midst of it happening, and fear more than ever about the life of her best friend and the last survivors of the clan Lissa Dragomir.
You can tell almost immediately that Rose, in comparison to the first volume, has matured and more resolute in their decisions. However, this is only her appointment as guardian, as is in love with things you probably pretty much everything topsy-turvy.

would be her mentor Dimitri On the one hand, on which they should not really be interested. But she does it just do not get rid of him and rather than forget it, they literally force their feelings to hold on to him.
However, this is far from easy, but now he has an eye on Christian's aunt Tasha thrown. Rose realizes that the two are more likely to have a future as she and Dimitri and reasonable attempts. I liked at this point her confession that she wants is that he is happy. This just shows that it is not as immature as they are the people around them. This

it is nevertheless not depend Dimitris Council to follow and to look for a boy her age. The choice is on her friend Mason, with whom she actually has always understood well. The chaos is complete, however, as Adrian Ivashkov shows up and makes no bones about the fact that Rose awakens his interest.

hereby And we have once again covered all areas of existing male forms in the literature. Dimitri, the absolutely unapproachable, Mason, the sensitive dude type, and Adrian, the self-confessed bad boy.

Despite the wide range of acts rose to the way it would probably do everyone: she wants what she can not get it. Somehow it makes nice, because that just shows that it is not infallible and has its weak moments, despite her fighting spirit. Even if she pulls together strongly in many places and for the good of all concerned and decide you are suffering but somehow with her that they do not get what they deserve. Well, I think
also that it is any of these girls, which embodies the typical damsel in distress. This is, unfortunately, in many vampire novels of the case, but Rose can decidedly take care of yourself, because I have absolutely no doubt.

This is especially the situation both in which she clashes with her mother. The two do not have a good relationship, because that person has in the care of the Academy can grow up to pursue her job as a guardian to be able to. Between the two there is extremely thick air, which probably but is also simply the fact that her mother Rose would just need now. Because they can even talk to anyone else about her relationship with Dimitri, without anger him to bargain.

But not only her love life provides plenty of tension in the book, but also the strange occurrences around the Strigois. For each, there is a mystery why they want to turn off at once all the royal family and for the first time that political questions were among the vampires.

If fighting Morois side by side with their guards and thus contribute to better defense, or will they prefer to recruit semi-trained guards to double their protection?
I find it really succeeded, that the story here not only specialize in individual characters, but also sheds light on social developments. So you get a much greater impression of the world that the author has created and feels even more of them as a part of.

also has fallen to me, the showdown of the book. Rose may finally show what she has learned as a reader and I was kind of strange desire to join the same. It will be taken even from this fighting spirit in such a way that is really incredible.

Conclusion:
I just love everything about this book. The atmosphere, the characters and the various developments. This
Book has romance, suspense, action, mysteries and many sad moments, which provide plenty of variety. The very first book, had provided for the head of the finest movies and the second is for this in any way. This series is simply addictive and I am so glad to have discovered for myself. The story between Rose and Dimitri is told really nice and has the rough edges, which is missing many other vampire novels youth to look authentic.
